The Introduction of Digital cool welding equipment

Application

MCGS01 digital cool welding equipment is mainly applied to cool welding for disc type thyristor, diode and IGBT with diameter of 1 to 8 inches. It extracts high vacuum and fill insulating gas (such as high pure nitrogen etc) during cool welding process.
